Return policy

Ma Belle Queen offers a 30-day return window, calculated from the delivery date, and accepts returns or exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, provided the items are in new or slightly used condition. While we accept exchanges and do not charge any restocking fees, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label when sending the item back by mail; once the return is received and processed, refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 10 days.
